Powdered products: In instant drink mixes or powdered supplements, aspartame’s solubility ensures that it can dissolve when the powder is mixed with water.


Low-temperature foods: In foods that require minimal or no heating, such as yogurts, desserts, and chewing gum, aspartame’s solubility allows it to distribute evenly and deliver consistent sweetness.


However, aspartame's solubility is limited compared to highly soluble sweeteners like saccharin or sucralose, which means it is usually used in small amounts or in formulations that do not demand extremely high concentrations of sweetness.

Aspartame can be combined with intensive sweeteners or carbohydrate-based sweeteners, which further expands its range of applications.
